There is almost no differences between INPA Ediabas 5.0.2 and INPA 5.0.6.Update and script files are the one that matters.
INPA is part of BMW Standard Tools, which you can request here: Standard Tools & SP-DATEN: Software Download Links But, it will only be partly in English and if you want more meaningful diagnostics suite, check out ISTA+. No need to download 15GB of DATEN files. But my BMW Standard Tools and INPA Fxx was 156mb. In 64bit Windows 10.
The biggest difference is that INPA 5.0.6 is less translated from the German language
There is no English version of5.0.6, 70% is in German
INPA 5.0.6 supports F series, m54 and n54 engine
